8Work opportunity matching and privacy

Your profile photo and name are visible to all network members. Although, when DayBalancer matches you with work opportunities or clients, your name and photo remain anonymous until both parties mutually agree to connect. This anonymous matching process is designed to reduce unconscious bias and ensure connections are based on skills, values, and compatibility. Once both parties choose to connect, full profiles (including names and photos) become visible to each other.

9Children's privacy

Our services are not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. During registration, we ask users to confirm they are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we discover we have collected information from a child under 18, we will promptly delete that information. If you believe we might have information from or about a child under 18, please contact us at privacy@daybalancer.com.
